The commitment may change forasmuch as it depends on the decisions taken by the players under the simulation. There are some direct additional options of its increase:

  • Direct meeting with the team, individual lunch or evening integration (you need to set it in the calendar)
  • Offering the employees some opportunities of development – training, (also in the calendar) or individual coaching (in the descriptions of employees).

Remember! When the commitment of an employee falls below 5% he will voluntarily resign.
